Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;

· Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems;

· Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs;

· Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations;

· Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);

· Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices;

· Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evaluate the applicability of new features to ongoing projects;

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions;

· Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices;

· Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required;

· Prior experience of working with the Experience Cloud is required;

· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles;

· Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration;

· Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs;

· Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices;

· Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits;

· Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
