Job Description:
We are looking for an SAP HR (HCM) Consultant with solid expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) to provide functional support, perform minor customizations, and collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support users in resolving PA-related issues, especially those connected to salary calculation.

Requirements:
Understanding of salary calculation logic, master data processes, and PA configuration.
Ability to perform minor configuration changes and support standard PA workflows.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
1. User Support & Issue Resolution
Provide 3nd-line functional support for SAP HCM PA (Personnel Administration) users.
Analyze and resolve incidents related to salsry calculation.
Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and applied fixes.
2. Configuration & Maintenance
Perform minor customizing adjustments in SAP HCM PA
Support periodic HR data maintenance activities (mass uploads, corrections, validations).
3. User Guidance & Knowledge Transfer
Provide short consultations or training for key users on PA processes
Create or update quick user guides or short how-to documents when required.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to analyze root causes and suggest preventive measures.
Participate in remote meetings for issue triage and monthly support status updates.
Maintain transparent time and task tracking for billed support hours.
