We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to work directly with stakeholders and business users, shaping and enhancing Salesforce OCE / Life Sciences Cloud solutions within a Life Sciences environment. The role focuses on solution configuration, workflow optimization, integrations, and hands-on development to support field, sales, and medical processes.

Location preference: Europe (or similar time zone)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Owner, clients, and end users to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements;
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows;
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and client objectives;
• Configure and enhance OCE/Life Sciences Cloud
• Implement and optimize field/sales/medical workflows
• Build or adjust integrations and automations (Apex/LWC/Flows as needed)
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure data quality, security, and performance
• Provide brief documentation and handover notes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Business Analyst or Salesforce development;
• Practical experience with OCE or Life Sciences Cloud implementations or veeva crm / health cloud;
• Experience in Pharma / Healthcare environment;
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesfrce Flows
• Solid experience designing and supporting integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, data synchronization);
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process modeling;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a Product Owner;
• Experience working with manufacturing or complex B2B clients is a strong advantage;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
