Job (Project) Description:

We are seeking a BI Consultant to join our team and cooperate with clients on exciting global projects. The role involves working on a cutting-edge solution for a leading healthcare company, consolidating regional CRM systems into a single, efficient global platform. This initiative supports over 20,000 sales and support professionals, optimizing data management, enhancing system performance, and streamlining operations through advanced technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field;
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Reporting and Dashboards development;
  • 2+ years of Reporting and Analytics using Power BI;
  • Excellent knowledge of M Query, DAX, Data Modelling, RLS;
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake and ETL concepts;
  • Mastery of SQL;
  • Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms.

  • Ability to work in a global multinational company;
  • Good communication skills and persuasiveness;
  • Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business representatives;
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of an international project team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prototype, design, develop, and publish Power BI Reports;
  • Develop Power BI Data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualizations;
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications;
  • Cooperate with Business Analysts to gather business requirements for Analytics and Reporting;
  • Cooperate with Data Engineering team to create Data marts design;
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance;
  • Implement security in reports and dashboards;
  • Build and modify tables, views and optimize SQL queries, indexes as needed;
  • Implement security on developed Dashboards in accordance with security and access requirements;
  • Create technical documentation for the BI Solution.
