We are seeking a Healthcare EMR Data Integration Analyst to join a large-scale implementation project focused on integrating electronic medical record (EMR) systems and healthcare data solutions. This position plays a vital role in bridging the gap between hospital systems and data exchange interfaces, ensuring seamless HL7-based data integration across multiple healthcare environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EMR systems, HL7 data exchange, and healthcare interfaces. They should be able to manage deployment activities, perform troubleshooting, and collaborate effectively with technical and clinical teams to deliver robust integration solutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with EMR systems or hospital/clinic data environments.
- Proven experience in healthcare data integration and HL7-based data exchange.
- Background in implementation projects within hospitals or clinical settings.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data querying, validation, and analysis.
- Experience with data troubleshooting, deployment, and integration testing (deploying pre-built modules rather than coding from scratch).
- Familiarity with Git, Poetry, and Cloverleaf tools (knowledge of these is highly desirable but not mandatory).
- Understanding of healthcare data standards and interface management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- AWS familiarity is a plus but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and EMR teams to support system integration and data exchange.
- Lead and support HL7 interface implementation and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in deployment of integration components and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to analyze data mappings and validate information accuracy.
- Manage and maintain data exchange documentation, including data dictionaries, mapping sheets, and configuration details.
- Provide technical guidance and support during testing and deployment phases.
- Identify issues and work with development or infrastructure teams to resolve data or interface-related problems.
- Contribute to process improvements for integration workflows and interface management.
