We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong analytical, solution-design, and stakeholder-facing skills to lead requirements elicitation and help deliver scalable, business-driven Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep functional Salesforce expertise, hands-on configuration, and close collaboration with technical teams and clients to translate complex business needs into effective CRM platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work as a key member of the Customertimes project team or directly with client teams, collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and QA analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops during the design phase to gather business requirements; document outcomes through clear meeting notes and translate needs into well-structured user stories.
  • During the build phase, collaborate with the delivery team to demonstrate configured solutions, collect client feedback, perform basic Salesforce configurations, and support testing activities.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive user documentation and training materials; lead and facilitate user training sessions.
  • Support users during testing phases and perform initial qualification and triage of user-reported issues and tickets.
  • Assist sales teams during presales activities by contributing functional expertise and solution presentations when required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce, supported by certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to produce high-quality meeting minutes, business requirements, functional documentation, and user guides.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering training sessions and supporting presales engagements.
  • Ability to actively listen, propose solutions, and appropriately challenge customer requirements when needed.
  • Strong team spirit and open-mindedness, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
  • High learning ability and adaptability to different industries, business contexts, and client needs.
  • Strong interest in technology and continuous learning, including CRM platforms, AI, and emerging tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of autonomy and ownership.
