Job (Project) Description:

The Website Designer (Webflow Specialist) is responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand digital experiences that support our global marketing initiatives. This role blends strong visual design skills with Webflow development expertise to build responsive, engaging, and conversion-oriented web pages.

As part of the Global Marketing Team, you will work closely with digital campaign managers, content teams, intelligence and reach-out specialists, and brand designers to deliver landing pages, campaign microsites, and scalable website components. You will independently lead medium-complexity projects, ensuring a high standard of UX, accessibility, quality, and performance.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in digital design or web production, with a strong focus on Webflow.
  • Proficiency in Webflows CMS, interactions, reusable components, and responsive design.
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and comfort with basic JavaScript for enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Strong foundation in visual design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, color).
  • Experience using Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for asset creation and optimization.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with analytics tools and marketing integrations (HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work cross-functionally, and communicate clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect, high-quality work.
  • Confidence in collaborating with external agencies, including managing expectations, clarifying requirements, and reviewing deliverables.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, or experimentation tools.
  • Experience supporting multi-language or multi-market website structures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and build websites and landing pages in Webflow, including CMS structures, components, interactions, and responsive layouts.
  • Manage front-end styling through Webflows designer and custom code (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript).
  • Ensure pages function properly across devices and browsers, delivering consistent, responsive, and accessible experiences.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes in Figma, converting requirements into intuitive user flows and layouts.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with an external website development agency, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and design expectations are met.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions professionally and efficiently, ensuring alignment with brand and project goals.
  • Produce and optimize visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, and create clean, modern infographics, icons, charts, and other visual assets as needed.
  • Maintain SEO fundamentals, including metadata, structured content, alt text, sitemaps, redirects, and overall site health.
  • Implement forms, automations, and integrations (HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools).
  • Contribute to UX/UI improvements, optimizing page structure, user flows, and engagement across the journey.
  • Perform quality assurance on all pages to verify accessibility, UX, layout accuracy, and speed/performance considerations.
  • Troubleshoot layout or styling issues using HTML and CSS, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
  • Maintain and evolve reusable components, layout templates, and brand consistency within Webflows design system.
  • Stay current with Webflow advancements, design trends, and modern web standards.
