Job (Project) Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support the full recruitment cycle and help identify, attract, and engage the right candidates for various positions within the company. The role includes active management of talent pool resources, conducting candidate searches and screenings, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.

Requirements:

- Experience 1.5+ years as a TA Specialist;

- Upper-Intermediate English level;

- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills;

- Ability to conduct different types of interviews;

- Ability to build relevant recruitment strategy to close vacancies faster;

- Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Flexibility;

- Proactiveness;

- Ready to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

Full Recruitment Cycle

  • Sourcing applicants and fulfilling database with candidates
  • Acting as a recruitment process owner and therefore, a bridge between the candidates, tech interviewers, hiring managers, and clients
  • Establishing and maintaining a stable candidate pipeline
  • Conducting in-depth soft skills interviews to assess the candidate for the culture fit
  • Ensuring positive candidates' experience
  • Training and consulting hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate experience

Vacancies and Job posting

  • Maintaining company vacancies database
  • Promoting job openings through recruitment channels and monitoring their effectiveness

ATS

  • Ensuring all the candidates being tracked via ATS
  • Maintaining up-to-date information across recruitment tools and other tracking documents
  • Providing regular reporting on the status of vacancies

Employer Brand

  • Promoting company's employer brand through participation in job fairs and recruiting events
  • Managing partnerships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies or universities
