We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant with strong expertise in SMS and Personalization to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and delivering advanced, data-driven customer journeys, with a particular focus on mobile messaging and real-time personalization. The ideal candidate holds a Salesforce Personalization certification and can act as a subject matter expert, supporting both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on SMS and Personalization.
  • Configure and manage SMS channels, including Mobile Studio, MobileConnect, and integrations with third-party providers.
  • Implement real-time personalization strategies using Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio / Personalization).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to define personalization and messaging strategies.
  • Develop dynamic content, segmentation, and targeting strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Integrate SFMC with external systems (CRM, CDP, APIs, websites, mobile apps).
  • Ensure best practices in data management, consent, and compliance (GDPR, opt-in/opt-out).
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing implementations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong experience with SMS implementations in SFMC (Mobile Studio / MobileConnect).
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio).
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Personalization certification (nice to have).
  • Experience designing and implementing personalized, omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of data models, segmentation, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and Journey Builder.
  • Experience with integrations via APIs and data extensions.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and translate business needs into solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
