Project Description:
We are looking for a Senior SAP BI Consultant (HANA&BODS) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be part of a large-scale data transformation initiative focused on modernizing enterprise analytics and migrating legacy SAP BI systems to a modern, cloud-based Lakehouse architecture.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map existing SAP BI tools (HANA, BODS, BW, Datasphere) to translate ETL logic, BW/HANA calculation views, BODS jobs, and BO Universes into Lakehouse-compatible data pipelines;
- Design and implement data model alignments for the OneData framework, ensuring zero disruption to enterprise analytics;
- Lead ETL logic translation, data validation, and performance optimization during migration;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, architects) to decommission legacy systems while maintaining business continuity;
- Document pipelines, provide knowledge transfer, and support post-migration hypercare.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP BI, with deep hands-on expertise in HANA modeling, BODS ETL development, BW extractors/queries, Datasphere, and BO Universes;
- Proven track record in large-scale BW/HANA migrations to cloud data platforms (AWS, Databricks preferred);
- Strong skills in data pipeline mapping, ETL translation, and alignment to unified data models such as OneData;
- Familiarity with Lakehouse architectures, Spark/Databricks, and modern analytics tools;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder communication, and solid documentation abilities.
