Job (Project) Description:
We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to lead Spiff-related projects.
This role involves working closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure project success, process alignment, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in leading small to medium-sized Salesforce projects.
- Proven experience managing Spiff or similar incentive management platform projects.
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Fluent English (both written and verbal), ability to communicate effectively with global clients and teams.
- Experience working with multicultural, international teams.
- Lead Agile sprint ceremonies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure delivery within agreed scope and financial constraints.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of proactively identifying, tracking, and managing risks and issues, both internally and with clients.
- Nice to have: PMP or PRINCE2 certification; strong soft skills (adaptability, cultural awareness, emotional intelligence).
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, primarily focused on Salesforce implementations and mobile application delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee Spiff-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with multicultural teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Coordinate all project phases from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct client meetings and ensure effective project execution and communication across all involved parties.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions based on client needs and project insights.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, providing stakeholders with regular reports on performance, risks, and milestones.
- Support and guide project teams through leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution to maintain high performance and team satisfaction.
