Job (Project) Description:
Were looking for a consultant with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 experience (must-have) to support AX 2012 AMS and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations activities.

Key activities
- Provide AMS support for AX 2012: incident troubleshooting, analysis, fixes/workarounds, minor enhancements, and user support.
- Support D365 F&O pre-sales on demand: solution scoping, effort estimation, high-level solution approach, and participation in customer calls/workshops.
- Prepare concise deliverables as needed: notes, assumptions, risks, and rough WBS/estimates.
Must-have
- Strong, proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (functional and/or techno-functional).
- Solid understanding of ERP processes (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Production—depending on expertise).
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on D365 Finance & Operations project experience (implementation or support).
- Experience with integrations, data migration, reporting, and performance troubleshooting.
- French language: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Engagement model
- Freelance, part-time / on-demand (hours depend on incoming AMS tickets and other activities needs).
