Job (Project) Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead / SAP FI Team Lead to manage finance and controlling activities during SAP projects, ensuring alignment with group standards and integration of satellite systems across manufacturing and retail operations.

As SAP FI Team Lead, you will act as the key liaison between business and IT, ensuring that finance and controlling requirements are accurately implemented and guiding the team through changing management initiatives.

Requirements:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven track record as SAP FI Team Lead / Leading Consultant.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of functional experience in finance and controlling positions in multinational companies.
  • Hands-on involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation, ideally as a finance functional expert.
  • Familiarity with the integration of third-party systems (Wise, Concur, Workday, Salesforce, etc.) with SAP environments.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of finance and controlling processes in SAP.
  • Expertise in changing management methodologies.
  • Ability to translate technical SAP concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging SAP trends and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the SAP FI team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions in finance and controlling processes.
  • Review and validate technical documents, training materials, and project deliverables.
  • Translate complex finance processes into clear, understandable documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions and guide employees and stakeholders on new SAP procedures.
  • Support issue resolution during project implementation.
  • Participate in testing phases and review results, including UAT.
