We are looking for a Middle Salesforce Developer who will design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations, support integrations with external systems via APIs and middleware, and ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;
  • Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather

    requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs;
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations;
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices;
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evaluate the applicability of new features to ongoing projec
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions;

    rovide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions an the best practices;
  • Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Solid hands-on experience in Lightning development, Apex, and Flows.
  • Practical AI usage experience as part of development, e.g. Vibes.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce cloud technologies, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations to diverse systems and external applications, both with and without middleware.
  • Familiarity with various Force.com APIs, integration patterns, and best practices
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and logically present solutions to complex challenges.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital architecture.
  • Experience in the development and design of Open APIs.
  • Experience with CloudSense.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Data360.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) way of working – possibly Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience in telco.
