We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with key decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The SDR will act as the first point of contact with prospects, understanding their needs, positioning our solutions effectively, and collaborating closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth and high-quality handoff that drives new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Customertimes offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and tailor messaging to client needs.
  • Identify and research new business opportunities using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Engage with potential clients through outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.

Lead Qualification & Handover

  • Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) criteria, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
  • Generate Business Development Qualified Leads (BQLs) from outbound and inbound channels, including website bots (e.g., Drift), webinar registrations, and social media interactions.

Performance Management

  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual BQL targets.
  • Monitor outreach activities of competitors to adapt and refine market segment strategies.

Content Personalization & Collaboration

  • Partner with content and marketing teams to create engaging and personalized messaging that drives conversions and enhances ROI.
  • Take ownership of your assigned market segment, becoming a subject matter expert in outreach strategies tailored to that niche.

Data Management & Best Practices

  • Maintain clean and accurate lead database records to ensure effective follow-ups and reporting.
  • Document and share best practices within the SDR and BDR teams to continually optimize outreach strategies.
