We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to work directly with the Product Owner and stakeholders, shaping Salesforce solutions for manufacturing clients. The role focuses on requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.

Location preference: Southern Europe (or similar time zone)

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Owner, clients, and end users to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements;
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows;
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and client objectives;
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud features according to requirements;
• Collaborate with Developers to ensure solutions are correctly implemented and meet business expectations;
• Support testing activities including system testing and UAT;
• Lead or participate in client workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs;
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment between business and technical teams;
• Identify additional improvement opportunities and evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst on Salesforce projects;
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (mandatory);
• Experience with Experience Cloud projects;
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process modeling;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a Product Owner;
• Experience working with manufacturing or complex B2B clients is a strong advantage;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
