Job (Project) Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Architect to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of enterprise Dynamics solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic vision, ensuring that business goals are effectively translated into scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
- Collaborate with project teams to gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements and data.
- Own the architecture: define end-to-end solution design, integration patterns, and select appropriate cloud services.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams, guiding developers and consultants while enforcing DevOps and quality standards.
- Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps, run discovery workshops, create estimates, and prioritize backlog items.
- Deliver enterprise-level solutions, including advanced Dynamics 365 customizations and modern Azure / Power Platform applications.
- Integrate and migrate systems: connect external platforms via secure APIs and manage phased migrations from legacy systems.
- Ensure governance, reliability, and compliance: embed best practices in security, performance, documentation, and system maintenance.
- Drive solution deployment and further continuous improvement: oversee release management, incident resolution, staff mentoring, and monitoring Microsoft feature updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and relevant Azure/PowerPlatform services architecture and customizations, including PowerApps extensions, automation, integration, AI use-cases.
Understanding of Integration aspects of CRM with other solutions - ERP, eCommerce, Business Analytics - Strong experience in cloud services, integration patterns, and enterprise system migrations.
- Leadership experience: managing and mentoring delivery teams in a collaborative environment.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, quality assurance, and system governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions to business outcomes.
