Job (Project) Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, manage data models, develop integrations, and ensure the overall reliability of Data Cloud processes.

Requirements:

• 3 years of commercial experience with Salesforce stack

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1+ year of proven experience in implementing solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud\CDP Platforms

• Experience in integrating Data Cloud with external systems.

• Hands-on experience with all aspects of salesforce data cloud such as data ingestion, data mapping, identity resolution, SQL queries, segments, etc.

• Hands-on experience with the creation of data transformation

• Hands-on experience with generating calculated

• Solid understanding of DC integration capabilities and ability to work with DC API on projects

• Good understanding of Data Cloud credit consumption model

• Proficiency in SQL

Nice to have:

• Experience in leading client workshops

• Certified Accredited Professional in Salesforce Data Cloud

• Experience in developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Good understanding of the marketing concepts and overall flow in the marketing automation space

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including a deep understanding of its development workflow and DC components associated with it, such as RAG, Search Index, and unstructured data integration

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement solutions on the Salesforce Data Cloud platform

• Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into technical specifications

• Optimize and maintain data models, ensuring integrity on the Salesforce platform

• Build and upkeep integrations between Salesforce and external systems

• Offer technical support and perform troubleshooting for Salesforce Data Cloud applications

• Document the development process and uphold code quality standards
