Job (Project) Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager/SAP OCM Lead to drive change management activities during SAP projects, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP solutions across the organization and alignment with group standards.
As an Organizational Change Manager, you will serve as a strategic bridge between business and IT, facilitating alignment through workshops, driving change adoption, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into SAP solutions.
Project Description:
SAP S/4HANA Global Template rollout for International Manufacturing Company (equipment and materials producer for heavy manufacturing) for 3 countries – Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria. 1 year at least. Full-time preferably, but part-time could be considered as well. Mostly remote work with travels for workshops/trainings.

Requirements:
Education & Certification:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Masters degree is a plus.
- Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification will be a huge plus.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), including Change Impact Assessment, preferably within SAP or other ERP implementation projects.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business transformation, organizational change management, or change leadership roles within multinational environments.
- Proven involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation, ideally serving as a functional OCM expert responsible for driving change adoption and impact analysis.
- Strong ability to assess change impacts across processes, roles, and systems, and translate findings into actionable change strategies.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and alignment, including managing executive sponsors and business leaders to ensure successful adoption.
- Proficiency in developing and executing communication plans, training strategies, and end-user readiness programs to support change initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Change Management Methodologies (ADKAR) and tools.
- Good understanding of ERP processes, especially in SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC).
- Ability to map business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in training delivery and UAT support.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams effectively.
- Fluent English, any additional languages of relevant countries (TR, RO, BG) would be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives for SAP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of adoption activities.
- Act as a connector between business and IT, translating requirements into actionable change strategies.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to map current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support business users during the transition to the new SAP system, ensuring smooth adoption and minimizing disruption.
- Oversee training program, UAT, and other change-related activities to ensure system readiness.
- Optimize business processes over time to ensure alignment with SAP capabilities and group standards.
