Job (Project) Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst / SAP Data Analyst to lead data and process activities for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with group standards and integration of satellite systems across manufacturing and retail operations.

As an SAP Business/Data Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between business and IT, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and mapped to SAP master data, supporting UAT, and training key business users.

Requirements:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience as SAP Business Analyst or SAP Data Analyst.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of functional experience working with different types of data using SQL and ETL tools.
  • Hands-on involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation, ideally as a data expert.
  • Good understanding of SAP master data, business requirements, and SAP functional capabilities.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of SAP master data, business requirements and SAP functional capabilities
  • Data analysis, modeling, integration, and migration expertise.
  • Understanding of business processes across different functional areas.
  • Ability to map business requirements and identify improvements.
  • Experience supporting UAT and training of key business users.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops and interviews to map current processes and requirements.
  • Ensure accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to SAP.
  • Support training programs for key business users.
  • Oversee testing phases, including UAT, to ensure SAP system performs as expected.
  • Optimize SAP processes and master data management over time.
