Job (Project) Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultant to join an international project in Europe. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP RE-FX processes as part of the FI module. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure smooth system operation and alignment with financial and real estate management requirements.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) solutions.
Work on end-to-end processes: contract management, lease administration, asset accounting integration, valuation, and reporting.
Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into effective SAP system solutions.
Integrate RE-FX with FI/CO and other relevant SAP modules.
Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and prepare related documentation.
Provide user training, workshops, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Contribute to system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SAP ERP FI or related modules.
Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementation projects.
Solid understanding of integration between RE-FX and FI (GL, AA, CO).
Strong business process understanding in real estate and financial accounting.
Experience with configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user support.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
English fluent (mandatory).
Nice to have:
Experience working on international or European SAP projects.
Familiarity with S/4HANA or SAP RE-FX migration projects.
Understanding of IFRS 16 / lease accounting or related real estate financial standards.
