We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will design and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using a combination of declarative tools and custom development. In this role, you will work extensively with Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver scalable and maintainable functionality that supports core business processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce customizations using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and maintain robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch, Future)
- Actively contribute to architecture and solution design, making informed decisions between declarative tools and custom code
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, source control (Git), and environment management
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with architects, admins, QA, and product owners in an Agile delivery environment
- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor less-experienced developers when needed
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Solid experience designing and supporting integrations with external systems.
- Experience working with Git-based development workflows and deployment strategies.
