Project Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior NetSuite & Corporate Applications Administrator to join our Corporate Applications team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their technical expertise in NetSuite while also supporting a variety of other business-critical corporate applications (Finance, HR, Procurement, Travel & Expense, CRM, and more). You'll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable and optimized to support day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
- Experience administering NetSuite
- Basic understanding of reporting, workflows, and data management.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP and enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical
- stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration
Support daily administration of NetSuite
Assist with creation and maintenance of saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Help test NetSuite enhancements, customizations, and release updates.
Monitor and troubleshoot data integrity issues, user errors, and integration workflows.
Document system changes, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
Corporate Applications Administration
Provide administration and user support for various SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Concur,
Tipalti, Tropic, and others.
Manage application user access, permissions, and security in alignment with IT and compliance
policies.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents, coordinating with vendors when
needed.
Support application configuration, minor enhancements, and testing of system updates/releases.
