About this job:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant to join our Salesforce team and support client projects across different industries.

The role is client-facing and combines business analysis, functional consulting, and hands-on Salesforce configuration. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, translate them into practical Salesforce solutions, and support their successful implementation.

Location: LATAM — fully remote

How you'll make an impact:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements;
  • Lead requirements gathering through discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews;
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Salesforce solutions;
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities and best practices;
  • Design and document business processes, workflows, data requirements, and functional solutions;
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards;
  • Work closely with developers, administrators, and other technical team members to ensure solutions meet business requirements;
  • Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, validation of delivered functionality, and issue resolution;
  • Provide functional guidance to clients and support Salesforce adoption and best practices;
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce solutions, processes, data quality, and user experience.

What we expect:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role;
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional solution design;
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools;
  • Strong client-facing experience and confidence working directly with business stakeholders;
  • Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data models, security, and platform best practices;
  • Experience working with development and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent English and ability to work effectively with international teams and clients.

You are a star if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud;
  • Experience with education, higher education, nonprofit, or fundraising organizations;
  • Understanding of fundraising, donor management, constituent management, or similar business processes;
  • Experience working with US-based clients;
  • Availability to work with teams and clients in the EST time zone.
