About this job:
We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant Lead to combine hands-on consulting with people leadership. This is primarily a client-facing role, where you'll lead business analysis and solution design for Salesforce implementation projects while also acting as the Guild Lead for our Salesforce Consultants across LATAM.
Approximately 80% of your time will be dedicated to customer engagements, with the remaining time focused on mentoring consultants, supporting capability development, driving consulting best practices, and helping grow our Salesforce practice.
Working closely with customers, Architects, Delivery Managers, Sales, and Practice Leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering successful Salesforce solutions while strengthening our consulting community.

How you'll make an impact:
Customer consulting & delivery (primary focus):
- Lead discovery workshops, business process analysis, and requirements gathering for Salesforce implementation projects;
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds;
- Act as the lead functional consultant on complex customer engagements;
- Partner with Architects, Developers, and Delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle;
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and provide strategic consulting.
Pre-sales & solutioning:
- Support strategic sales opportunities by participating in customer discovery sessions and solution workshops;
- Contribute to solution design, effort estimations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs);
- Present Salesforce capabilities and recommended solutions to prospective customers;
- Help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Guild leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coach Salesforce Consultants and Business Analysts across LATAM;
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, and performance improvement discussions;
- Lead hiring activities, including interviewing, candidate selection, onboarding, and workforce planning;
- Manage employee performance, recognition, and, when necessary, performance improvement plans and offboarding processes;
- Support resource allocation and consultant development across projects;
- Drive consulting standards, reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and best practices;
- Encourage Salesforce certifications, AI adoption, and continuous learning across the team.
What makes you a great fit:
Must-have qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Solution Consultant;
- Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects in a client-facing consulting role;
- 2+ years of experience mentoring, leading, or managing Salesforce Consultants or Business Analysts;
- Strong experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Data Cloud;
- Proven experience facilitating discovery workshops, business process analysis, and solution design;
- Strong pre-sales experience, including customer workshops, solution estimations, proposal preparation, and SOW creation;
- Experience working in an IT consulting, outsourcing, or Salesforce Partner environment;
- Experience managing distributed consulting teams or Communities of Practice;
- Experience with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or AI-enabled business solutions;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and coaching skills;
- Salesforce certifications relevant to consulting (Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent);
- Professional proficiency in English.
