Location: Ukraine or Poland preferred; LATAM candidates may also be considered
Engagement: Part-time, approximately 2–3 hours per day

How you'll make an impact:

• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within agreed SLAs; perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes;
• Configure via SSCUIs / Central Business Configuration; manage change requests across the 3-system landscape;
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including Group Reporting cycles and intercompany reconciliation;
• Work with key users, developers, and integration teams on interfaces, extensibility (key-user and developer extensibility), and Fiori app issues;
• Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and ticket-quality standards; contribute to continuous improvement.

Functional scope:

FI: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger (parallel ledgers — IFRS + US GAAP), Asset Accounting, Cash & Bank Management, Revenue Recognition (event-based), Contract Accounting, Group Reporting, Intercompany processes, Intrastat, VAT (BE / CZ / SE), Document and Reporting Compliance formats.

CO: Overhead Cost Controlling, Margin Analysis (account-based), Standard Cost Estimate / material ledger, Allocations (assessment, distribution, top-down), Period-End Close.

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of SAP FI-CO experience, including at least one full S/4HANA project and hands-on Public Cloud configuration;
• Proven AMS or support-desk experience: ticketing tools, SLA discipline, and ITIL ways of working;
• Practical command of the Universal Journal, Fiori app landscape, and Public Cloud extensibility boundaries;
• Multi-country statutory, VAT, and Intrastat reporting exposure;
• Fluent English, with clear written communication with business users.

You are a star if you have:

• SAP Certified Associate – S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Financial Accounting / Management Accounting;
• Integration awareness: SAP Integration Suite, banking connectivity, and third-party tax engines;
• Cloud ALM / Jira test and defect management; experience supporting quarterly upgrade regression cycles.
