Job (Project) Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Team Lead / Delivery Lead with strong SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise, combined with financial techno-functional knowledge. You will spearhead the O2C stream, specifically leading the migration from the legacy Gideon system to SAP S/4HANA Sales processes, while also leading active cycle-related activities during SAP projects, ensuring alignment with group standards and integration of satellite systems across manufacturing and retail operations.

As a Team/Delivery Lead, you will act as the key bridge between business and IT, ensuring business requirements are accurately addressed and implemented, and supporting end-to-end data management across SAP environments.

Requirements:

Education & Certification:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of consulting experience in Sales & Distribution and finance or related positions in multinational companies.
• Proven experience as a Lead/Senior SAP SD Consultant with in-depth knowledge of SD Billing and its integration with FI (GL, Taxes).
• Hands-on experience leading the migration of Sales/O2C processes from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive experience as a Lead SD Consultant, including participation in a major ERP implementation as a key finance functional specialist.
• Proven hands-on experience as a Delivery Lead and Team Lead, effectively bridging the gap between business and IT to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
• Familiarity with the integration of SAP/Salesforce.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and data management, particularly the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Configuration knowledge of the SAP SD module and a solid understanding of FI integration points, especially in Billing/Taxations.
• Data analysis, quality management, and compliance expertise.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and support business-IT alignment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay current with emerging trends, best practices, and new developments.
• Excellent communication skills, including translating technical SAP concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between business and IT teams, translating business requirements into actionable SAP deliverables.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP SD module and O2C processes within the S/4HANA migration project.
• Own the end-to-end O2C process stream, including Sales Order Management, Billing (SD), and its integration with Finance (FI) for General Ledger (GL) and Tax postings (SD-FI integration).
• Offer expert advice, analysis, and solutions in active cycle processes and data management.
• Review and validate technical documents, project deliverables, and training materials specific to SD configuration and O2C workflows.
• Convert complex technical information into clear, understandable documentation.
• Create and deliver training materials for business users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution with a focus on the SD and FI integration points.
• Support issue resolution during project phases and participate in testing activities, including UAT.
