We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer who will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing the Salesforce platform using primarily declarative tools, with selective programmatic development. This role sits at the intersection of administration and development and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools (Setup, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules).
  • Design and build declarative automations, including Flows, approval processes, and standard automation tools.
  • Perform minor Apex and Lightning Web Component (LWC) enhancements, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Provide operational support, including user assistance, issue resolution, and day-to-day system maintenance.
  • Assist with release management, testing, and deployments across environments.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data quality guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with deep knowledge of declarative configuration.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Flows (record-triggered, screen flows).
  • Basic to intermediate Apex skills for minor enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components at a support or enhancement level.
  • Experience creating meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing, FLS).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
