We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations, support integrations with external systems via APIs and middleware, and ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices
Location preference: Southern Europe (or similar time zone).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems;
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs;
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations;
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices;
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evaluate the applicability of new features to ongoing projects;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions;
- Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices;
- Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required;
- Prior experience of working with the CPQ and Experience Cloud;
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles;
- Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration;
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs;
- Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices;
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits;
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
