We are seeking a Project Manager Lead to oversee large-scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM programs, including complex CRM transformations with e-commerce and ERP integrations.
This role requires strong leadership skills in delivery, stakeholder management, and governance, with the ability to drive quality, mitigate risks, and coordinate multicultural teams while supporting presales and identifying growth opportunities within projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery management
- Experience with CRM implementations (preferably with Microsoft Dynamics);
- Understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, PowerApps development (both Canvas and ModelDriven), PowerAutomate, security concepts
- Good understanding of implementation/delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Success by Design (or previous MS Sure Step) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello);
- Experience in implementing/building the commercial platform for the company from scratch, starting from high-level discovery then detailed fit-gap analysis of customers business processes towards standard platform capabilities till actual system implementation/configuration/customization, data migration, SIT/UAT/Go-Live and hypercare support.
- Understanding of CPG/Pharma producers specifics in sales/service processes in Modern and Traditional Trade (Sales Representatives, Pricing, Trade Promotion Management, Orders Management, EDI, eCommerce, Contact Centers, Claims, O2C execution, etc.)
- Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations for complex IT projects;
- Experience contributing to presales, including proposals, project estimations, and client engagement;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Strong soft skills, including adaptability, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Experience with MS D365 functional consulting background and good understanding of standard functional capabilities of MS D365 CE (CRM) and its integration with other core enterprise systems - Commerce, ERPs (F&O, BC and others like SAP), Enterprise Analytics, Planning, MS Office components (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) is nice to have
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, quality standards, and compliance with organizational and technical requirements;
- Establish and maintain project governance, including regular reporting on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders;
- Act as a mentor and escalation point for project teams, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum;
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the successful resolution of issues impacting timelines or quality;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team efficiency;
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within multicultural teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve project success;
- Identify revenue generation opportunities within ongoing projects by suggesting enhancements, upselling services, or proposing additional solutions aligned with client needs;
- Partner with sales teams during presales activities, contributing to solution proposals, project estimations, and client presentations;
