Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer to support our growing business in the nonprofit sector. Experience with education and public services organizations will be considered a strong advantage.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise and commercial acumen: you will work directly with clients, design tailored Salesforce solutions and demonstrate the business value of our platform during the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Pre-Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Solution Architect;
  • Experience with serving nonprofit organizations and specifically donor services management;
  • Additional experience in Education Cloud or Public Sector Solutions is a strong plus;
  • Ability to design solution architectures that integrate Salesforce with third-party systems;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both technical and business language;
  • Fluency in English.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account executives to understand client needs and shape solution strategy;
  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements analysis with nonprofit clients (and, where applicable, education and public services);
  • Prepare and deliver compelling Salesforce demos and presentations customized to sector-specific use cases;
  • Translate client challenges into solution architectures, leveraging Salesforce core and industry clouds;
  • Provide technical responses for RFPs/RFIs;
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and Salesforce capabilities;
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
