Job (Project) Description:

We are seeking talented Argus Business Analysts to join our Business Enablement team. The ideal candidate will work on Argus Safety configuration, ServiceNow integration, and database management using SQL/PLSQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system configuration, process optimization, and compliance with pharmacovigilance standards.

Locations:

• Bengaluru, India (on-site/remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Argus Safety configuration and customization projects.
• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations for business processes.
• Develop and optimize PLSQL scripts for data migration and reporting.
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Argus Safety application and pharmacovigilance workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and PLSQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Relevant experience in Argus configuration and business analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in drug safety is a plus.
