Job (Project) Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Platform Support Analyst with strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform experience to build, manage, enhance, and provide ongoing support for PV (Pharmacovigilance) collaboration and reporting solutions.

This role is techno-functional: you will work with business stakeholders to capture needs, translate them into platform changes, and ensure stable operations (access, governance, issue resolution, enhancements, and training).

Requirements:

Must have

  • 3–8 years experience in SharePoint Online administration/support (permissions, site maintenance, content management, access management)
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform:
  • Power Apps (support/enhancements, troubleshooting)
  • Power Automate (monitoring, fixing broken flows, improving logic)
  • Power BI Service (dashboards, datasets, refresh failures, workspace/app access)
  • Experience managing access & membership (AAD groups / M365 groups / Distribution Lists), and handling role-based access for business apps
  • Strong business analysis skills: requirements elicitation, documentation, change impact analysis, stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and structured problem-solving; ability to run support calls and provide clear updates

Nice to have

  • Power BI advanced: data modeling, DAX, gateway/refresh troubleshooting, workspace governance
  • Paginated Reports / Report Builder experience
  • Exposure to regulated/enterprise environments (GxP / PV / compliance) and governance practices
  • Familiarity with support processes (ticketing, SLAs, release planning)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support PV SharePoint sites: permissions, site structure, content/pages, housekeeping, access requests
  • Manage R&D DL membership for application access; coordinate approvals and maintain auditability of changes
  • Provide L2 support for Power Apps / Power BI / Power Automate solutions listed in scope:
  • resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes or coordinate with dev/vendor where needed
  • monitor platform health (failed flows, refresh errors, broken integrations, permission issues)
  • Coordinate with vendors (where applicable) for SharePoint page creation or specialized changes
  • Collect enhancement requests, analyze feasibility, define user stories/requirements, propose options and effort
  • Configure / implement low-to-medium complexity improvements (where applicable) and coordinate development for higher complexity items
  • Maintain backlog, prioritize with business owners, and support release planning
  • Support platform governance: access control practices, workspace/site standards, documentation, and controlled change approach
  • Create and maintain operational documentation (how-to guides, runbooks, FAQs)
  • Provide user training and onboarding for new users / new countries (especially for reporting requirements).
