JR-190767 Release Manager Senior

We're looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to help design and secure the Azure platform powering our DREAMS AI solution. You'll work alongside AI/ML engineers to build production-ready infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and reliable from day one.

This is a hands-on role with real technical ownership, where you'll influence architecture decisions, automate cloud operations, and help establish engineering best practices for a modern AI platform.

Job responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
• Create secure CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes-based services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability across the platform.
• Strengthen cloud security with IAM, networking, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deliver reliable production environments.
• Document solutions and help establish long-term platform standards.

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong Azure expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity management.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms.
• Azure Machine Learning, Synapse, or Databricks.
• DevSecOps automation and security tooling.
• Disaster recovery, FinOps, or compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
