We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with deep expertise in Consumer Products and/or Consumer Health industries. In this role, you will lead the design of complex, scalable enterprise solutions across Salesforce, SAP ERP, data platforms, integration layers, and cloud technologies. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define target-state architectures, roadmap critical initiatives, and ensure technology alignment with business strategy.

This is a high-impact, client-facing position requiring strong communication, industry insight, and the ability to translate business needs into cohesive, future-proof architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture design and governance for large-scale transformation programs in Consumer Products/Health industries.
• Assess current-state landscapes and develop future-state architecture blueprints covering applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
• Architect end-to-end solutions that leverage Salesforce platforms, SAP ERP, data lakes, analytics tools, and integration technologies (API-led, middleware, ESB, iPaaS).
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define multi-year roadmaps and ensure architecture consistency across projects.
• Guide and support cross-functional delivery teams throughout design, development, and implementation.
• Provide thought leadership in digital transformation, omnichannel engagement, supply chain, commercial operations, and consumer experience.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and compliance (including applicable regulations within consumer health domains).
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution conceptualization, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize use of CRM, ERP, data, and integration investments.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles within IT consulting or large enterprises.
• Proven experience in Consumer Products and/or Consumer Health industries, with understanding of key business processes (e.g., supply chain, commercial operations, regulatory environments, consumer experience).
• Deep hands-on expertise with:

- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, or Industry Clouds)

- SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA)

- Data lakes/data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)

- Integration platforms (APIs, middleware, ESB, iPaaS)

• Experience designing scalable, secure multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce and/or SAP certifications.
• Experience in global digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of consumer engagement technologies, eCommerce, and field force solutions.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in consumer health
