Job (Project) Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud Architect to act as the internal technical advisor for our clients Patient Services Program. The implementation of Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) will be performed by a major systems integrator, and this role will represent the clients interests by managing, challenging, and guiding the vendor to ensure a scalable, compliant, and high-quality solution.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of Salesforce architecture experience with strong expertise in Health Cloud; Life Sciences Cloud experience preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of patient services workflows, enrollments, benefits verification, consent, case management, and integrations with HUB services, EHRs, and specialty pharmacies.
- Strong ability to challenge vendor decisions, lead without authority, and represent client technical interests.
- Experience with integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, FHIR/HL7 is a plus), security, and data governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability to work EST.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the client-side architecture lead for the Salesforce LSC implementation.
- Review, validate, and challenge vendor solution designs, data models, integrations, and workflows.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, patient services operations, compliance needs (HIPAA/PHI), and long-term scalability.
- Provide expert guidance on Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, care management workflows, patient journeys, consent, and case management.
- Lead solution governance: design reviews, architecture sign-offs, data/privacy strategy, release planning.
- Communicate risks, gaps, and recommendations to business and IT stakeholders.
- Partner with patient services teams, compliance, data teams, and the vendor to ensure the program meets operational needs.
