We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ePPM Senior Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (ePPM) solutions and will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP ePPM to meet the needs of our organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
· Implementation & Configuration:
o Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP ePPM solutions, including project management, resource management, and portfolio management.
o Configure SAP ePPM modules to meet business requirements and optimize processes.
· Requirements Gathering:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
o Conduct workshops and meetings to understand user needs and expectations.
· Training & Support:
o Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of SAP ePPM solutions.
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP ePPM users post-implementation.
· Continuous Improvement:
o Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
o Stay updated with the latest SAP ePPM trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Requirements:
Education:
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
· Experience:
o Minimum of [3+] years of experience in SAP ePPM consulting or related roles.
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of SAP ePPM modules, including Project System (PS), Portfolio Management (PM), and Resource Management.
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Certifications:
o SAP certification in Project Management or ePPM is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with integration of SAP ePPM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW).
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
