90 Day/520 Billable Hours Agreement
When Custom Personnel places you with one of our clients, you must work under our payroll for a minimum of 90 days or 520 billable hours (whichever is greater) before you can become a direct employee of the client. By working with us, you agree to these terms. You also agree not to transfer work to another service before your rollover date. If the employer requests you violate this, you must notify Custom Personnel immediately, as this is a direct breach of contract.
You may not use information obtained through Custom Personnel on our clients to attempt to circumvent our services and work for one of our clients directly without going through us first.
