This company is one of APAC’s fastest-growing start-ups, operating across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia.
We are looking for a hands-on Business Growth Manager based in Melbourne. You will be one of the core team members, working directly with the ANZ Country Manager and the founders to grow the existing Sales and Marketplace business and launch new verticals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing relationships and increasing sales of the client's existing vendors by ensuring competitive product listings.
- Establishing strong regional partnerships with key suppliers, vendors, OEMs, and other partners to multiply client's success.
- Acquiring new vendors and partners within the APAC region.
- Identifying and executing cross-border growth opportunities
- and logistics.
- Collaborating with the Marketing, Vendor Relations, and Operations team to drive the company’s growth together.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in online and retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics, focusing on KPI and revenue targets.
- You have an established track record in scaling businesses.
- You are a solid team player who will develop a team to excel beyond their comfort zones.
- To hold, preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- Outstanding English communication skills; multilinguistic capabilities advantageous.
