The opportunity:
Our clients' vision is to reduce e-waste by saving electronics from premature death. This concurrently enables customers to save up to 70% on their favourite brands by having the flexibility to rent devices instead of buying them.
This company is one of APAC’s fastest-growing start-ups, operating across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia. This is proven in their seven-digit monthly sales, strong MoM growth, and funding by top VC investors and serial entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Growth with a solid track record in business development, operational excellence, and revenue growth. You will be one of the core team members, working closely with the founders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working on strategic projects together with the founders.
Launching new markets globally and verticals (Warranty and Subscription of devices).
Supporting the Country Directors across APAC to achieve their revenue growth targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An established track record in scaling businesses.
- Experience in a growth-stage technology product company.
- To be a solid team player who will grow and develop a team to excel beyond their comfort zones.
Hold, preferably, a Master's Degree in Business or equivalent.
Outstanding English communication skills.
