The opportunity:

Our client is a subscription e-commerce company with sustainability at its heart. The mission is to make subscribing to devices superior to owning them in every way and accelerating the transition to a waste-free circular economy.

We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to build customer relationships and manage the end-to-end delivery process to achieve excellence in customer experience. You will identify areas for process improvements and ensure that the department runs in an efficient and profitable manner, such that it increases customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer queries and complaints are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and supporting customers with subscription renewals, returns, payments, delivery, and collections challenges.
  • Mitigating any issues or problems, appeasing customers fully.
  • Analysing complaints from customers and providing adequate resolutions.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and improving logistics KPIs
  • Selecting and managing vendors and third-party delivery partners' performance.
  • Providing direct input into the existing user tools and making recommendations for our internal processes.
  • Serving as the voice of our customers internally by tracking the types of requests and questions received most frequently and advocating for customers to the Product team.



To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive customer service mindset.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in dynamic customer-facing roles.
  • A good understanding of the Supply Chain / Logistics operations.
  • Genuine empathy and people skills.
  • An ability to problem-solve analytically, strategically, and creatively.
  • Strong initiative and sound judgment.
  • Strong competence with software tools like spreadsheets and CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
