At ThroughCycle Rubber, we manufacture high-quality rubber products made from 100% recycled tyres including transport matting, flooring underlay, landscaping materials, and road surfacing additives. We are redefining how rubber is reused in Australia cleaner, smarter, and local.
We are now looking for a driven Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and deliver long-term value to industries that include construction, landscaping, flooring, transport, and government procurement.
What You'll Be Doing
In this newly created role, youll be part of a passionate team bringing recycled, sustainable, and performance-driven products to the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and engage new prospects across builders, architects, landscapers, councils, and distributors
- Drive outbound sales via calls, emails, site visits, trade shows, and events
- Qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships and deliver end-to-end account management
- Provide technical product information and sustainability insights
- Manage orders, follow up on quotes, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute sales plans across defined territory/sector
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Represent ThroughCycle at expos, industry events, and presentations
What Youll Bring to the Table
- Proven B2B sales experience in construction, building materials, landscaping, flooring, or related sectors
- Confident communicator with a relationship-first sales approach
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and circular economy solutions
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally/regionally
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in recycled products or government procurement
- Knowledge of flooring, landscaping, or infrastructure solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software
