Position Overview:

As the Service Manager, you will oversee the operations of our diesel engine and truck service and repair center. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, managing a skilled team, and driving the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of diesel engines and trucks.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and tools to ensure availability and functionality.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the service center.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the diesel engine and truck service industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and trucks.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
