Position Overview:
As the Service Manager, you will oversee the operations of our diesel engine and truck service and repair center. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, managing a skilled team, and driving the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of diesel engines and trucks.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and tools to ensure availability and functionality.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the service center.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the diesel engine and truck service industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and trucks.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
