We currently have two roles available:

  1. Account Manager - Commercial Tyre Sales
  2. Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

Account Manager - Commercial Tyre Sales

Youll lead the operations at our Jandakot facility, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service delivery. This role focuses on leadership, customer engagement, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service.
  • Lead and manage a team of tyre fitters and support staff, fostering a safety-first culture.
  • Drive sales and customer relationships, contributing to business growth.
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and job allocations.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, senior management, and clients.

What Were Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in truck tyre operations or similar management roles.
  • Proven leadership skills, managing teams of 3+ staff.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • A focus on operational management, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

As a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator, youll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, supporting sales and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a knack for organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries via counter, phone, and email.
  • Manage workflows, greet customers, and process work orders, sales orders, and invoicing.
  • Reconcile timesheets, handle inventory transfers, and administer pre-start software.
  • Follow up on quotations, paperwork, and COD payments.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in the tyre/automotive industry (preferred).
