Key Responsibilities:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operational success of the Kalgoorlie branch. Your key duties will include:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of professionals to achieve company goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive business growth through proactive sales strategies, customer relationship management, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, budgeting, and ensuring the smooth running of services.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that the branch delivers a high standard of service, resolving customer queries and ensuring the best solutions are provided.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and industry regulations to maintain a safe and productive environment.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales, and operational metrics for senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in branch or operations management, ideally within the automotive or tyre industry (however, relevant experience from other industries will be considered).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and business development.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within the workplace.
- A valid drivers license is essential; HR or MR license is a plus.
