Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Operations Supervisor for our Adelaide Metro team. This pivotal role focuses on optimising operational and sales functions, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring equipment maintenance, and supporting the Managing Director.

The Operations Supervisor will lead our team, ensuring safe and efficient daily operations, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency within the Adelaide Metro Region.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment and facility upkeep.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure accurate customer billing, inventory receipt, and timesheet procedures.

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and assess competitive threats.
  • Foster a sales-driven culture, providing team guidance, coaching, and support.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Tyre Fitters fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct daily prestart meetings, set clear objectives for team members, and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage rostering and staffing, including FIFO flights where applicable.
