About the Role:

Mechanics Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at our clients largest and busiest facility in Australia, located in Jandakot. This is a key leadership role for someone with a background in truck tyre operations, ready to take charge of a thriving branch, focusing on operational efficiency, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Jandakot facility, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of tyre fitters and support staff, creating a strong safety culture and driving performance.
• Allocate and schedule jobs to meet customer needs while maintaining smooth and effective workflows.
• Drive customer and sales management, developing strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.
• Ensure inventory and stock control aligns with operational demands, keeping the facility ready for peak periods.
• Communicate effectively with staff, senior management, and clients to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
• Work off the toolsthis role is management-focused, responsible for operational oversight, customer engagement, and business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in truck tyre operations or management within a truck repair facility is essential. Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Fleet Manager, or Service Fitter in a similar environment is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of three or more staff, emphasizing staff development and performance.
• Strong communication skillscapable of effectively engaging with team members, senior management, and customers.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, particularly in scheduling, job allocation, and resource management in a busy environment.
• A proven ability to manage sales and customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and business growth.
• Ability to work off the tools, focusing on leadership, operational management, and client relations.
