About the Role
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Agricultural Diesel Technicians to join the Wudinna service team.
This role would suit a qualified technician who enjoys working across a variety of agricultural machinery brands and models, both in the workshop and in the field. The successful candidate will be confident completing servicing, diagnostics, mechanical repairs and equipment support while working as part of a close-knit and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service and repair a range of agricultural machinery, including CNH, Miller, Croplands, Flexi-Coil and MacDon equipment.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance both in the workshop and in the field.
- Provide technical support across precision farming systems, including Trimble, Topcon and Raven.
- Assist with the set-up, optimisation and delivery of new and used agricultural equipment.
- Participate in an on-call roster to support customers during peak seeding and harvest periods.
- Complete required training to maintain and develop technical skills.
- Work closely with customers and team members to deliver reliable service and practical solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with broadacre agricultural machinery brands such as New Holland, Case IH, Hardi, Miller, John Deere or similar.
- Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel, Agricultural Mechanics or a related mechanical field.
- Strong diagnostic, servicing and mechanical repair skills.
- Interest in learning new technologies and developing technical capability.
- Practical problem-solving ability and a strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service focus and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
