Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Referral Program operated by CSE Connect Limited (“Company”, "we", "us", or "our"), accessible via our career page at https://www.careers-page.com/cse-connect. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the Referral Program.

Eligibility to Participate

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Be legally allowed to work in your country of residence.
3. Have a valid account on our career site or be a registered referrer.
4. Only refer candidates who meet the job requirements listed on our career page.

How the Referral Program Works

1. Referral Submission:
   You can refer candidates by submitting their details (name, contact information, and resume) through the referral form available on our career page.
2. Referral Acceptance:
   For a referral to be considered valid:
   • The referred candidate must not already be in our database or have applied independently through our career site.
   • The candidate must apply for a position through our referral process within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 30 days] of being referred.
3. Successful Referral:
   A referral will be deemed successful if:
   • The referred candidate is hired by one of our clients through the referral.
   • The candidate remains employed with the client for a minimum of [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 90 days].
4. Referral Reward:
   If your referral is successful, you will receive a referral reward of [Insert Reward Amount or Nature of Reward, e.g., cash reward, gift card, etc.]. Conditions for Receiving the Referral Reward

• Referrers will only receive one reward per candidate referred, regardless of the number of positions the referred candidate applies for or is hired for.
• You are not eligible for a referral reward if the referred candidate is a previous employee or contractor of the Company, or if the referral does not lead to a hire.
• If multiple users refer the same candidate, the referral reward will be granted to the individual whose referral was submitted first, based on the timestamp of submission.

Prohibited Activities

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree that:

• You will not refer yourself.
• You will not refer fictitious individuals or submit false or fraudulent information.
• You will not use automated means, bots, or any deceptive methods to generate referrals.
• You will not engage in any actions that violate applicable laws or regulations.

If you engage in any of the above activities, the Company reserves the right to disqualify you from the Referral Program and withhold any referral rewards.

Termination and Changes to the Program

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Change the amount or type of rewards offered through the Referral Program.
• End the Referral Program for any reason, in which case valid referrals already submitted will be honored.

Taxes and Compliance

Referral rewards may be subject to taxes. It is your responsibility to comply with tax obligations in your country of residence. The Company is not responsible for any tax obligations you incur as a result of receiving referral rewards.

Liability

• The Company makes no guarantees regarding the hiring of referred candidates and is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected submissions.
• The Company is not liable for any errors, omissions, or interruptions in the referral process caused by issues beyond its control, such as system failures or technical issues.

Data Protection and Privacy

By participating in the Referral Program, you consent to the collection and processing of the personal data you submit, including the details of the referred candidate, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have obtained the candidate’s consent before sharing their information with us.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Referral Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of Ireland.

Termination of Participation

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Referral Program if you violate these Terms or if your participation is deemed fraudulent or improper.
