About Us
Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of engineering and construction projects in the telecommunications sector. This individual will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of fiber optic infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and close-out phases.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, and client teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Oversee aerial make-ready processes, pole loading analyses, and underground civil construction activities.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Lead project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.

Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local permitting requirements.

Document project outcomes, creating detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and achieve project goals.

Travel as required to project sites and client meetings.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of aerial make-ready engineering, pole loading, and underground civil construction processes.
Proven experience managing telecommunications engineering and construction projects, including fiber optic infrastructure and OSP/ISP deployments.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

Availability to travel as needed for project oversight and client engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a
related field is preferred but not required.

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
